ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a people-centered leader who thrives in a mission-driven environment? In this pivotal and highly impactful role, you’ll serve as the Society’s most senior Human Resources leader, overseeing Human Resources operations of the Society and supporting a diverse workforce across unionized and non-unionized environments. You will also act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, helping to strengthen the culture, uphold the values, and support the organization’s strategic direction. With sound judgment, discretion, and a collaborative approach, you’ll help create clarity in complex situations, strengthen accountability, and ensure employees feel supported while the organization meets its service obligations and values.
