ABOUT SEARS RANCHES GROUP OF COMPANIES

Sears Ranches Group of Companies is based in Nanton, Alberta, in the heart of the Foothills, one of Canada’s premier farming and ranching regions, known for both its productivity and natural beauty.

What began over 100 years ago as a small, family-owned feedlot has grown into a diversified agricultural operation with interests in ranching, feedlots, farming, and trucking. While the business has evolved, it has remained grounded in the values that built it: hard work, integrity, and a long-term commitment to the land.

Today, the focus is on building a sustainable and forward-thinking agricultural business, one that balances efficiency, innovation, and responsible stewardship for generations to come. The organization offers an environment where individuals can grow alongside the business.
