About the Role:

As a full-time Administrative Assistant, you’ll combine meticulous behind-the-scenes work with engaging, front-line service. Your days will be varied and meaningful, as you handle

·       Data entry and file management

·       Research and event support

·       Comprehensive administrative support to Funeral Directors and staff

·       Reception duties as needed

Springfield is looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and highly efficient, but who brings genuine compassion and teamwork to each interaction.

What you’ll bring:

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment.

·       Strong Microsoft Office skills and fast, accurate typing.

·       Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

·       Superb multitasking skills and adaptability in a fast-changing setting.
