ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, dental software, and materials to dental labs and denturist clinics.  


Argen is seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to work onsite in their Kelowna office.


This position is the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person and responsible for providing timely professional responses which address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, or escalate as necessary. On any given day, our CSR is connecting with customers and colleagues from different departments, processing orders and adjustments, updating and maintaining our databases, coordinating pick ups and shipments, and most importantly, resolving questions and concerns via email and phone. The CSR also provides administrative support to the office where no two days are the same and time flies by. 

 

A successful CSR has a way with people and easily builds rapport and trust through consistent attention to detail, timely responses, follow up and follow through, and warm, positive communications.

To that end, Argen is looking for a personable, adaptable, proactive, team player who is customer focused, organized, and confident using a variety of technologies and who has a sincere desire to help. Previous experience in the dental industry, while not required, is certainly an asset.
